Virginie Leroy is a leading Luxembourg investment funds lawyer with over 20 years of experience advising global fund sponsors, private equity houses, family offices, real estate promoters and private debt asset managers. As Managing Partner at Leroy & Goldbach, she leads a dedicated US asset managers practice, building on her experience as a former partner in the Private Investment Funds department of Goodwin Procter, where she also led the Real Estate Funds practice.
Virginie specialises in the structuring, legal management and regulatory compliance of Luxembourg investment vehicles — regulated and unregulated funds as well as securitisation structures — with particular depth in private equity, real estate and private debt funds. Combining private practice with in-house experience as Head of Legal and Company Secretary of a leading Luxembourg fund management company, she advises across the full fund lifecycle, from formation and fundraising to governance and exit.
