Lissie Goldbach is a distinguished investment funds lawyer with more than a decade of experience advising family offices, institutional investors and asset managers across Europe, with a particular focus on the DACH region. As Managing Partner at Leroy & Goldbach, she leads the DACH Region Desk and the Private Wealth & Family Offices practice, combining bilingual delivery with deep German, Swiss and Austrian legal insight.
Lissie specialises in the structuring, launch and ongoing management of regulated and unregulated funds, club deals and securitisation vehicles, as well as complex acquisitions, exits and cross-border transactions. Her depth in investment funds, asset management and transaction (re)financing enables tailored, innovative solutions aligned with clients' strategic objectives — for family offices, asset managers, private banks, trustees and pension funds in matters involving Luxembourg and the wider DACH region.
